A place for the Kensington community to grow food, share knowledge and build belonging.

Become a member

Located at the corner of Westbourne Road and Cornish Lane in the Kensington Banks, Victoria, Australia, the Kensington Community Garden is a place for the Kensington community to grow food, share knowledge, and build a supportive community where wellbeing and belonging thrive.

The Garden includes individual plots (large, medium and small) and shared communal gardening spaces that all members are welcome to contribute to and enjoy.

Whether you’re a keen gardener or just want to enjoy a peaceful shared space, all Kensington residents are warmly invited to join. We hold regular monthly working bees on alternating Saturdays and Sundays.
